How PScanner works

A simple pay-as-you-go flow designed for mobile. No account required to get started.

1

Add your details

Tell us a few basics about your pay schedule and employment type so the review has the right context.

2

Photograph your paystub

Use your phone camera or gallery to upload a photo or PDF. Files are sent securely over HTTPS for a single analysis request.

3

Get your review

Receive a plain-language summary with risk level, flagged items, and suggested questions for your payroll department.

What PScanner can help surface

  • Possible over-contributions or under-contributions
  • Unusual deduction patterns or missing line items
  • Net pay inconsistencies relative to gross and deductions
  • Year-to-date figures that look out of pattern
  • Plain-language questions to raise with payroll

Built for privacy

  • Paystub uploads are not permanently stored after analysis
  • Encrypted transit via HTTPS in production
  • Optional email summary — only if you choose to send one
  • No selling of personal information

A PScanner-specific privacy policy will be published before the app is listed in a store. The company privacy policy covers this website only.
